How Do I Place An Order?The easiest way to place an order is to email info@offthewallprints.com. Please include all order details as far as the items you're looking to have printed, the quantity you'll need, and the date you will need them by. Don't forget to leave us your contact info so that we can provide you with a quote and turnaround time. You can also call us at 321-355-2373 with any questions you may have in regards to placing an order.

How Do I Place A Custom Shirt Order?Please provide the following items in your order details. This will allow us to process you quote much faster. Quantity of shirts needed Color of shirts, print placement (Front, Back, or Both) Deadline/Date needed by Number of colors in your design

Do you have a minimum order?We do not have a minimum order requirement. We can do as little as one t-shirt or as many as you need. Prices are based off of the total quantity of shirts order each order, and drop in price per shirt the more you purchase. Our best prices start after 24+ shirts.

Can I Provide My Own Shirts?For some orders we do allow customers to provide their own shirts. We recommend 100% cotton for the best full color print quality. Items with nylon spandex, or polyester may affect the print quality. For items with polyester we may be limited to only single color vinyl printing for items such as Dri-Fit materials. Provided items must be fresh from the store/factory, unwashed and unused. Items may not have buttons, pockets, collars, zippers, or anything that may obstruct the print head during the printing process Please Note: If you are providing your own garments we are not responsible for product misprinted or damaged during production

What Type of Files Are Best?We recommend the following types of files : PDF, EPS, Ai, PNG, JPG, JPEG, TIF, TIFF. Images from a cell phone may look great on your phone but are not always the best for high resolution printing.

How long does it take to have a job printed?Our normal turnaround time for smaller quantities is 1-2 business days, depending on our production schedule, some orders can be completed same day. For larger orders please allow 2-7 business days once your order is processed and artwork has been approved. We pride ourselves on having the fastest turnaround in town.

Do We Offer Rush Services?Yes we offer rush services for most to all products. Please email us your artwork and order details, then call us for the fastest response for rush ordering. Rush orders may be subject to additional fees.

Do you charge for artwork?We’ll be more than happy to assist with any artwork if needed. All custom designs, concepts, layouts and art recreation may require a design fee. We are pretty awesome artists and try our best to avoid charging any design fees. If we do need to charge a design fee, our services start at $25/hr pending the difficulty of your artwork or request.

Can I provide my own design?Yes, we accept customer supplied files in the following formats (.ai, .eps, .psd, .pdf, .jpeg). PLEASE NOTE: Because of the variance in colors from monitor to monitor, Off The Wall Prints does not guarantee a 100% accurate color match on supplied files. If you would like to provide a PMS color for us to use, we will do everything on our part to match it to the best of our abilities. “Print ready” files do not include the following formats: Microsoft Office (word, publisher, PowerPoint), low resolution jpegs or bitmaps. Any files of this nature will be reviewed with you before the order is started.

Do I have to order all the same shirt colors, sizes, styles and ink colors?"You can mix and match shirt colors and sizes of your choice, as long as the ink color stays the same. If you are interested in placing an order with multiple styles, colors, and ink color changes, please contact us before placing the order to get an accurate quote.

Can I have my Custom Products shipped?Absolutely! We can ship your order anywhere in the world that UPS delivers. Just provide the shipping address when you are requesting information and we will have a shipping estimate sent with your proof & price quote.

I am shopping around for prices, do you match competitors pricing?"We pride ourselves on providing quality products at fair prices! Unfortunately, we do not match any competitors’ prices or quotes. When shopping around, remember to compare exactly what product the company is selling you, not just advertised price! Check the quality of the shirts, inks, and turnaround time.

Do you offer samples? Or can I see the first one done before you print the rest?No, we do not offer any kind of sampling. We do however provide you with a Digital Proof of what the final product will look like when completed. All garments are run at the same time and our production department will use the customer approved proof for reference during this process. We have samples of our work as well as color swatches and material examples in our showroom for you to view.

I ordered shirts and some of them don’t fit. How can I exchange them?Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of the product, we do not accept returns or exchanges. It is always best to call ahead or stop by to view samples if you are not sure of sizes, styles or body types of the people you are ordering for. We can provide sizing charts upon requests for you to review prior to making a purchase.

Do you offer a discount if we add your logo to our shirt somewhere?Off The Wall Prints does not offer discounts or sponsorships at this time.

I am starting a clothing line, can you help?"Yes, we can help when you are ready to start printing your shirts. We will not assist in designing your entire clothing line. If you are serious about starting a T-shirt line then a print shop should be the last stop on your list. There are many things to consider prior to getting your shirts printed. You will need a designer you can work closely with if you do not design yourself. It is best to create cost effective designs for a clothing line when starting out. For more help with that you can email or call us anytime for tips on how to design cost effective designs for larger run orders.
